About Us

Deliciousness is in our dna

Down spoons for a second and meet the team behind the taste

We’re on a mission to blow the minds of pleasure seekers everywhere. Our job description is simply this: to transform each sweet moment into an explosion of pleasure.

Hard work? Not really.

To us, it’s a labour of love. A journey of joy. Every atom of cheesecake, mousse, tartlet, molten middle, and soufflé is a little victory for us. Delicious, explosive victory.

Ever since we first sneaked Gü onto the shelves of a local supermarket, we’ve been pouring our hearts into making these victories more widespread; from a little-known secret to a global taste phenomenon on the tongues of millions.

Today, from our London HQ to the sunny shores of Australia, we’re taking the world by storm. Food fanatics everywhere have entered a new dimension of deliciousness.

The fact is, we love our job. And you can taste it.

Well, it means an explosion of extravagant flavours, a rollercoaster ride to ridiculous pudding pleasure. But the word itself? That comes from the French for taste - goût. We played with it a bit to come up with Gü, which perfectly points towards the amazingly oozing ambience of our desserts.

It’s in Shepherds Bush in London. But we’ve also got a UK citadel of pudding perfection (that’s a factory) where our desserts are carefully crafted.

Well you can find our delicious puds in Woolworths & Thomas Dux in the bakery section.

Well spotted. We supply our airlines partners with some exclusive puds, just for them. But let us know which one tickled your fancy. We’ll let our team know and if there’s enough demand it might just make its way onto the shelves.

Absolutely. But some of our puds contain bovine gelatine. Check out the ingredient lists on our packaging, which you can also find in the above product section. Grab your spoon, vegetarian friend!

First off, congratulations! Next, it’s always best to talk to your doc if you’re in doubt. But the bottom line is the eggs and cream we use are pasteurised. However our Anytime Mousse, Chocolate Mousses and Hot Chocolate Soufflés are made with eggs that haven’t been pre-cooked in production.

Some of our puds have nuts in them - like our Maple and Pecan Pie and Salted Caramel Melting Middle. They’ve all got the nut allergy warning clearly indicated on the packaging. The rest of our range states our puds are made on a site that handles nuts.

Some of our puds we make have gluten in the recipe. So we’ll always show that on the packaging and online too. We do our best to make sure there’s no cross-over, but the rest of our range may contain gluten traces due to shared production lines.

Our Maple & Pecan Pie puds do. And it’s worth checking the ingredients info on our limited edition or seasonal puds too just in case.

Yes, fill your boots… Or the recycling bins. Just include them with all the other glass. And, by the way, they’re already made from more than 40% recycled glass, so you’re re-recycling.

How about…

  • A romantic t-light holder
  • A plant pot for your garden herbs
  • The ideal place to keep stray buttons, loose coins or that cool brooch you’re wearing. Nice!
  • A perfectly sized holder for some nibbles (it is refillable, after all)

Just remember it’s not a great idea to reheat, freeze or dishwash your ramekin, as they might crack.

Good plan. If you’re an independent retailer or café/restaurant you can buy our desserts for resale at wholesalers, including Palmer & Harvey or Booker.
